This work is oriented on study and evaluation of performance of real operating solar system. There was made analysis of actual technological unit and there was suggested mode of measuring of nodal parameters. There was made interconnection between the head operating unit of the solar system and the web server. And there was prepared software for grafical image of time and temperature dependence and for data transfer to ready web application. It primarily talks about increase of efficiency of real technological unit through regulating of parameter that is using up of accumulated energy.

1 Proceeding on administrative offences of legal persons in first instance Abstract: The administrative law represents wide and significantly fragmented area of the law system. There is no doubt the part of administrative law are also rules of administrative punishment including the corresponding procedural regulation. This thesis provides the basic analyses of selected aspects of the legal regulation of the proceeding on administrative offences of legal persons in first instance affective in Czech Republic. The basic source of law in this area is Act no. 250/2016 Coll., on the responsibility for administrative offences and on procedure on it, as amended (in this thesis also referred only as "act on administrative offences"). However, that act is not the only on regulation governing the proceeding on administrative offences. The special partial regulation of proceeding on administrative offences may be basically found in all acts within the area of administrative law which rule the administrative offences. This shall be not considered as exclusive mark of administrative law. The fragmentation, however not so significant is also present in the criminal law. Delays in civil procedures

The topic of this essay is questioning unadequate length of legal proceeding in Czech Republic, especially analysis and evaluation of particular aspects, as well as legislative effort to set up institutions which would accelerate the process. The purpose of this essay is to review the current state, evaluating how much responsibility lies on current legal regulations, effectivity of justice or approach of participants themselves, as well as suggesting possible solutions of problems related to the length of the proceeding, looking for inspiration in foreign law regulations. The essay offers several solutions that lead to increase of the effectivity of justice. One of the examples is delegating part of agenda defined by law to other authorities, either state public administration bodies or private subjects such as mediators or arbitrators. Another suggested method is empowering the administrative apparatus and other juridical staff accompanied with precise definition of function of this auxiliary manpower. Another contemplation is inspired by European legal regulations, particularly in the field of appealing to court and extending the mandatory counselling to all kinds of legal actions except the petty cases.

Law of patents and utility models - a comparison in selected countries

The diploma thesis deals with the law of patents and utility models in selected countries. In the first part of this work patents and utility models are characterized in terms of their legislation in the Czech Republic. The main differences and similarities in the laws of patents and utility models in Germany and the United States of America to the czech law are analyzed in the next parts of this work. The aim of this work is to determine, how the issue of patents and utility models is implemented into law in 3 selected countries, the Czech Republic, Germany and the United States of America, with the emphasis on the analysis of differences between the proceedings of patent's grant and proceedings of the utility model's registration into the registers in above mentioned countries. The part of this aim is to find out what tools which support inventions and innovations are being used in these countries and which one is the most effective one. The issue regarding differences in implementing patents and utility models into law is resolved in this diploma thesis -- a special focus was given to the length and complexity of each proceeding as well as the costs needed to gain and keep the rights in force.
Application of procedural approaches to proceeding of material flows.

My graduation theses concerns an analysis of processes in field of material flow in the company Linde Pohony in Český Krumlov. The analysis is orientated to processes which have direct influence of product added value. The current processes are describe by the help of process map. The main objective of my graduation theses, on the basis of affected analysis, is to create a project of systematical improvement the processes, which will lead to better material flow and bring savings in field of material costs. The main instrument is an implementation of lean production principles. Lean production means elimination of wastings in all activities and processes in the company. The lean production is mainly based on following principles: pull principle, takt principle, one piece flow principle.
